1. Tuition fees are collected on a monthly basis. All payment is due by the 15th of each month. Any payment made thereafter will be charged a $10 late fee. 
  2. There is a $25 fee for all bounced checks.
  3. Payment is accepted in cash or check only. Sorry, no credit cards.
  4. Family/multiple class discounts are offered. The 3rd and 4th class of each week is discounted 25%. The 5th class and beyond is discounted 50%.
  5. All hour classes are only discounted 25%. Discount does not apply to half-hour classes.
  6. Tuition for the dance season must be paid in full by May 15th . Any student with an outstanding balance will not be permitted to participate in our June recital.
  7. Missed classes will not be refunded but may be made up within a two month period.
  8. No student is permitted to skip a month of classes. Your spot in that class is reserved for you upon registration for all months from September to June. Therefore, payment must be made for each month throughout the dance season until we have been notified of discontinuing.
  9. Studio closings as a result of snowstorms or any other weather related conditions will be credited. However, if the studio is open there will be no credit given to any student who is absent.
  10. Costume payment is due by November 19th. Absolutely no refund/credit after payment will be made. 
  11. Students who decide to withdraw from class will not receive a refund for that month or for any costume already ordered.
